Some members of the Pennington community are on more than one committee. When committee meetings overlap, it is difficult for them to be in two places at one time.

 

Sometimes more than one meeting is scheduled for the Clubhouse at the same time. When that happens, things can get kind of loud, and hearing can become a problem. (We are, after all, a 55+ community.)

The Committees Calendar is now up and running.

·      The  Committees Calendar is accessible to committee members to enter and update event dates and times.  (Please contact Dave Baltozer if you don't have access for adding, updating or deleting an event.)

·     The Committee calendar displays visible overlaps and conflicts so that meeting times and locations can be adjusted accordingly

 

While the calendar will be viewable by anyone on the website, only committee members will have privileges to enter or update events.

If you have a conflict or know of one with a committee, please contact that committee head to make corrections.
