Issues concerning the grounds, the buildings, the elevators, snow removal, etc, should be addressed to the Portfolio Assistant of The Dartmouth Group. ​ If you have a problem with the elevator or front door, contact the Dartmouth Group and/or your building advisor. Please do not call a private locksmith if your key does not work in the front door. ​ Call the below number if matters are outside of your unit. ​
